The Great Bear Chase is a cross country ski race held in Calumet, Michigan, located in the Kewenau Peninsula, jutting into Lake Suerior. Held on March 13, 2010, it is the last ski race of the season in Michigan. Pastor Jon is undertaking this 50K marathon as a major fund raiser for Prayer Missions International for 2010. All the proceeds will go toward expenses such as mileage, postage, printing, paper and trip costs with smaller teams (where the team doesn't pay all the leader's expenses). The goal of the fund raising is to get $100 per kilometer! If you can help us attain this goal, your support will be very appreciated!
